Refund policy

AuraText is a digital service. You pay for a specific set of checks on a specific document, and the service is complete when your results are delivered.

When you get a full refund

• A technical failure on our side. If your payment went through but your results were never delivered, you get the full amount back. This is the main case, and we do not argue about it.
• We could not process your document. If a check fails and cannot be completed, the amount you paid for that check is refunded.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

When we never charged you in the first place

• An order you never paid for. Orders expire 7 days after they are placed, and we never take payment ourselves; you send it. So there is nothing to refund on an order you simply left. If you had already transferred the money before it expired, that is different. Contact us with your reference and we will either reinstate the order or refund you.
• A payment we could not confirm. If we cannot match your transfer to your order, we tell you why and you can correct the details and submit again. Do not send a second transfer first. If the money did leave your account and we cannot resolve it, we refund it.

When we cannot refund

• Your results were delivered. Once you have your scores and reports, the service has been performed and the order is not refundable, the same as any other digital product you have already received.
• You did not like the score. A high similarity percentage or a high AI-detection score is a result, not a fault. Our Terms & Conditions explain what these scores can and cannot show.
• You re-checked the same document. Each check is a separate order and is charged separately. The price is shown before you pay.
• You missed the results window. Results stay available for 15 days from the day you place the order. Once that has passed, an expired link is not grounds for a refund, because the service was delivered. This does not apply if your link ran out before your results were ready. If our verification or processing took so long that you never got a usable window, that is on us: contact us and we will restore your access or refund you in full.

None of this stops you contacting us. If something about your results looks wrong, tell us. We would rather look at it than have you assume the worst.

How to claim a refund

Email contact@auratext.net or message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of your results being delivered. If no results arrived, you have 7 days from the day your payment was confirmed. Include:

• Your order reference, which looks like AT-A1B2C3D4 and is shown on your payment page.
• The email address you used for the order.
• What went wrong.

We will reply with a decision. Approved refunds are returned to the account the payment came from, normally within 7 to 10 business days. How long it then takes to appear is up to the receiving bank. We do not charge a fee for issuing a refund.

Service delivery policy

Nothing is physically shipped. AuraText is an online service delivered entirely over the internet. There is no courier, no tracking number, and no delivery address. We never ask for one.

How your results reach you

Your scores appear on your results page on this site, and each report is available there to download. You reach that page two ways: by the private results link shown to you on screen as soon as your payment is submitted (save it), and from My Orders, which lists every order placed from the same browser.

How long it takes

Processing starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and normally finishes within minutes. Where a payment is confirmed manually, that step can take longer outside business hours. The checks themselves are still a matter of minutes once it clears. You do not need to keep the page open or wait on it: your results link works whenever you come back to it.

How long you have

Your results stay available for 15 days from the day you place the order. Download anything you want to keep before then.

Where we deliver

Everywhere. AuraText is delivered online, so anyone with an internet connection can use it. There is nothing to ship, no courier, and no delivery address to give us.

Not every payment method works for every customer. If ours cannot take your payment, the order page tells you so before you upload anything, and points you to WhatsApp so we can take your order there instead. You are not turned away; you are just handed to a person.

If your results do not arrive

Open your results link again first, or check My Orders in the browser you ordered from. If the page shows an error, or your order has been stuck without results for longer than an hour after payment was confirmed, contact us with your order reference and we will either fix it or refund you in full under the refund policy above. AuraText is responsible for delivering what you paid for.
