Your total for a document is the flat fee plus the per-word cost applied once for each service you choose: $2 + ($0.00015 × word count × number of services). For example, a 2,000-word document checked with AI Detection and Plagiarism Check (2 services) comes to $2 + ($0.00015 × 2,000 × 2) = $2.60. Uploading more than one document? The same applies to each document.

We accept credit or debit card and bank transfer — whichever is most convenient for you.

We offer full refunds only in case of technical errors on our end (e.g., payment processed but no results delivered). If results are successfully delivered, we cannot offer refunds as the service has been completed. However, if you encounter any issues with your results, please contact us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help.

We support the most common document formats: DOC, DOCX, PDF, and TXT files. These cover 99% of student assignments and documents. Make sure your document is properly formatted and readable before uploading.

You can upload up to 5 documents per order, and each file can be up to 10MB and 50,000 words — plenty for academic documents (a typical 10,000-word file is usually under 1MB). If a file is over the size limit, try removing images or compressing it before uploading. If it is over the word limit, split it into separate documents and upload them together in one order.

Yes, you can check the same document as many times as you want. Each check is charged separately. This is useful if you've made revisions and want to re-check for AI content or plagiarism after editing.

If a technical error occurs during processing, we'll issue a full refund — just contact us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out quickly. We also show error messages to help you understand what went wrong.

Your document is temporarily stored only for processing and is automatically deleted after results are generated. We do not keep permanent copies of your documents. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities.

Your document is automatically deleted after processing. You don't need to manually delete anything. Once you receive your results, the document is removed from our servers immediately.

Card payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider, so your card details go straight there and are never stored on our servers. If you transfer directly to our account instead, the money moves bank to bank and we never see your account details either.

Only you. Your documents are completely private and confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose your documents to anyone. The automated checking process is completely private, and no human reviews your content unless you explicitly request support.
