Currently, we only support English language documents. Our AI detection, plagiarism checking, and humanization tools are optimized for English text. Support for other languages may be added in the future based on demand.

Once your payment is made and verified, your documents are processed within minutes. You'll see your overall AI and plagiarism scores on-site, and your detailed reports are available to download.

We support the most common document formats: DOC, DOCX, PDF, and TXT files. These cover 99% of student assignments and documents. Make sure your document is properly formatted and readable before uploading.

You can upload up to 5 documents per order, and each file can be up to 10MB and 50,000 words — plenty for academic documents (a typical 10,000-word file is usually under 1MB). If a file is over the size limit, try removing images or compressing it before uploading. If it is over the word limit, split it into separate documents and upload them together in one order. Each document must also be at least 60 words.

Yes, you can check the same document as many times as you want. Each check is charged separately. This is useful if you've made revisions and want to re-check for AI content or plagiarism after editing.

If a technical error occurs during processing, we'll issue a full refund — just contact us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out quickly. We also show error messages to help you understand what went wrong.

Your document is temporarily stored only for processing and is automatically deleted after results are generated. We do not keep permanent copies of your documents. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities.

Your document is automatically deleted after processing. You don't need to manually delete anything. Once you receive your results, the document is removed from our servers immediately.

Your payment details never touch our servers. Payments are handled either by a PCI-compliant payment provider, or directly by your own bank or wallet app with a screenshot as proof — in both cases we never see or store your card or account information.

Only you. Your documents are completely private and confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose your documents to anyone. The automated checking process is completely private, and no human reviews your content unless you explicitly request support.
